This charming  private entrance studio is located on the garden level of our beautiful home.  The studio has a four-poster queen bed, private shower bath, table and chairs, plus efficiency area with mini fridge, coffeemaker. toaster and sink, (no stove).   Additional amenities include seasonal AC,Cable TV/DVD and direct Internet access. Off-street parking included. We provide all linens and towels, including beach towels and beach chairs.  We provide a start-up, self serve breakfast.  Many guests enjoy eating outside  in our lovely garden.

This unit rents by the week from Saturday to Saturday.  

We have a strict “no pets” and “no smoking” policy, anywhere on premises, whether inside or out.
