Good Harbor House

Good Harbor House one bedroom unit rents by the week from Saturday to Saturday. This unit is great for a couple looking for a relaxing getaway, a group of friends coming for reunion or special event, or a family with children. The apartment can sleep up to 4 guests; two in the separate bedroom with Queen bed, and two in the living room on Queen sleep sofa.

This tastefully decorated, immaculate one-bedroom apartment is on the first floor of a beautiful Victorian, with private entrance off a grand wrap-around covered veranda, which overlooks our landscaped grounds and garden. The covered veranda provides a great cooling respite from the sun in summer and becomes the perfect place to just “hang out” before or after a day’s activity. Past guests use this space as an extra room to entertain friends and family and have meals out on the porch. We provide patio furniture and share our grill when we can.

This large, sunny unit includes one bedroom with 4-poster Queen bed, full bathroom with tub and shower, and a fully-equipped walk-through kitchen which opens to a very comfortable living room/dining area. There is a Queen sleep sofa in the living room.  We provide a "start-up",  self-serve,  continental breakfast  Additional amenities include window AC in bedroom, TV,  and wireless internet access.  All linens, beach towels, beach chairs and off-street parking included.

RATES: $1895. 00 per week double occupancy.  Add $100.00 per week for each additional adult or child; up to a maximum of 2 additional persons in unit using Queen sofa in living room.  No charge for infants.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: $150.00 cleaning fee. Vacation rental lease required. Security deposit may be required at owner's discretion. As a further courtesy to returning guests, we will hold specific weeks from summer to summer giving prior guests “right of first refusal”.

We are a strictly non-smoking accommodation, whether inside or out. Sorry, we cannot accept pets.

During the off-season for the full term from Sept to June, this unit can also be rented as a fully-furnished unit, suitable for 1 person. More information on request.
